Editorial Policy

Our goal is useful, conservative interpretation—not turning marketing copy into editorial fact.

Sourcing hierarchy

For health and safety questions we prefer government health agencies, drug labeling databases, systematic reviews and peer-reviewed research. Merchant sources are used for product composition, positioning and current offer details, and are labeled accordingly.

Evidence rules

Evidence about an ingredient does not automatically prove a finished product works. We avoid converting associations into causation, temporary scale changes into fat-loss claims, or testimonials into efficacy evidence.

Corrections

Formulas and offers change. When reliable new information materially changes a page, we update the page rather than preserving an outdated claim.
